1. Can we book just photo or just video?

Yes! You can choose photo, video, or both. The pricing is the same for each service, and bundles save you $250 when booked together.

2. What’s included in a video package?

You’ll receive a highlight film (3–8 minutes depending on your coverage) plus full recordings of your ceremony and speeches. A 15-30second social media teaser is also included for half or full-day bookings.

3. What’s included in a photo package?

You’ll receive a curated online gallery with lifetime access, featuring a minimum of 250 professionally edited, high-resolution images. All photos come with print rights, and if we capture more than 250, you’ll receive everything at no extra cost. Every photography package includes this gallery, no hidden fees, no upsells

4. How do we officially book you?

A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract reserves your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your wedding.

5. Do you travel?

Yes! We’re based in Charlotte, NC, and happy to travel anywhere in the U.S. Travel fees are not included in the packages, this is an additional charge for locations over 1.5 hrs away from Charlotte.

6. Can we customize a package to fit our day?

Absolutely. We believe no two weddings are the same. Let’s talk about your vision, timeline, and needs. We can help tailor something that fits beautifully.

7. Can we request specific shots or moments you capture?

Yes! We want your wedding story to reflect your unique journey and what matters most to you. During our planning call, we’ll talk through any special moments, family traditions, or details you want highlighted. We welcome your input and consider how to capture those meaningful parts in a way that honors your day and faith. Your vision is important to us.

8. What’s your turnaround time?

Photos are delivered in about 7days (sneak peak 24hrs), and videos in 2-4 weeks. A teaser video (for socials) is sent within 48 hours of your wedding.

9. How do you handle audio for video?

We use 2 lav mics, a recorder at the DJ booth, and 3 cameras to ensure clear audio and beautiful coverage from all angles.

10. Do you offer help with timeline planning?

Yes! Timeline support is available if you need it. Whether you’re unsure how much time to set aside for portraits or want help creating a peaceful, unrushed flow for your day, we’re happy to guide you. It’s totally optional, but we’re here if you want a second set of eyes.
